Scroll-wheel over taskbar to change desktop weird behavior on multiple screens

Hey!

When attempting to use the hover over taskbar and scroll wheel option to change desktops, I am having issues where if I scroll anywhere on my lower right monitor, or the right half of my lower left monitor, virtualspace still thinks I am hovering over a taskbar.

(I just realized obs did something weird with the mouse, but I am hovering the mouse over various points in the entire lower right screen, and the right half of the left lower screen)

I'm assuming it has something to do with the way my screens are laid out, but I'm not sure why it would be different behavior between the 2 lower screens:

This has happened on the latest release build and also this build. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide that might be of use, thanks!
