I think we should include a paragraph describing what the `extract.post_args` line does, rather than the full invocation, which is indeed quite complicated.

This seems like a good idea, given that there seems to be a bug related to the order in which `/etc/containers/storage.conf` and `/usr/share/containers/storage.conf` are processed. See https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2023-a0f754c701#comment-2853529.

Unfortunately the revert I did at the bottom of the commit stack is not correct, so I'll have to find a different solution for that :/
I think https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/commit/45c59fe0a66e382927fbf6fe629d37898eb42b6b may actually fix these problems so that the revert won't be necessary. I'll test and report back.
I've looked at it, but unfortunately it's not very simple to fix. :/
