How do I swap specified person's face on Colab?

Hello.

I found a closed issue regarding this topic and I tried to apply it to Colab, when I create a new cell and add the code it tells me some parts of the code is undefined and I'd like to know how to swap a specific person's face on Google Colab.

I found this link from 4th of july 2021 explaining how to do it, however I am confused, if you don't mind please explain it to me in simple details. I have the video with multiple people (multpeople.mp4) and I have the face I want to slap on one of them (tobeslapped.jpg).
