libnutconf and nutconf are available in branch libconf: https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/tree/libconf

Remaining tasks list:

[ ] Document libnutconf API
[ ] Implement upssched.conf handler
[ ] Implement other missing features (maxage, deadtime, ..., named Vs positional)
[ ] QA Regression Testing suite integration
