pynxos Adding NXAPI over UDS support to pynxos.

Adding support to pynxos to send NXAPI requests over UDS. The Guestshell on NXOS supported switches is a CentOS 7 LXC container with a UDS mounted in from the host.

If a username & password is not configured for NXOS NAPALM MINION it is assumed the connection is over UDS using 'admin' as the default username. If a username is configured but not a password then the connection is still assumed over UDS but the configured username will be honored for command authorization.

@jmcgill298 As I was working through the comments here I discovered that NAPALM has moved away from the pynxos package ans instead are using nxapi_plumbing.
