pin certain endpoints to a specific node in configuration

Unlike other proxies like HAProxy or Nginx, light-proxy is smart as it loads the specifications at runtime for validation and security. One of the requirements is the pin certain endpoints to a specific server node in the configuration.

The use case is for Neo4J database cluster which one master node for write endpoints and all other slave nodes for read-only endpoints.
