Allow hostname in http > proxy

Now you can use only IPs, in https://doc.nette.org/en/3.1/configuring#toc-http-proxy

I really want to use hostnames like in nette/database connection .

Currently running on docker, so IPs are not cool because you need to use RP config like this:
