Firewall blocks calls in Skype and WhatsApp

Calls in Skype and WhatsApp either do not start at all, or interrupt after a pair of seconds. Note that both applications are allowed in the firewall and there are no problems with another forms of activity (chats etc).

hold the app down and add to whitelist works perfect

I solved the problem by changing my firewall.
