[Bug] Completed mission not reporting correctly for user

A user is reporting that their profile page is not correctly showing the completion state of their missions.

The third and final mission does not register 100% completion despite all the content being viewed.

Environment: Opera 77.0.4054.203. Running on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

I suspect that this is to do with the event which fires to the API to record an item as watched rather than an issue with the display of the mission completion states.

I have not promised them a timeline on a fix.
