Can't run binrc command under Ubuntu arm64 OS

- What is the current behavior? Can't run binrc command under Linux OS

- If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce. install linux arm distribution(binrc_0.2.10-linux-arm64.tar.gz) on Ubuntu arm64 OS and run command './binrc_0.2.10 version'

- What is the expected behavior? ./binrc_0.2.10: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error
