How do i add it and compile for android?

I have this project: https://github.com/EnderRobber101/ai_test_2_app which i am trying to start on. All it has is the packages added and i can't figure out how to compile it. Or is it just my problem?

Note: i am not trying to get it to do something yet, i just want to be able to compile the app and load it with the necessary packages
