[Feat]: Use login with password + MFA

Problem

I would like to login with my username/password + MFA, all of which I keep in a secure password manager. Currently, after typing my email address, I need to navigate to my email client, wait for the link delivery and click it.

If my email provider is down for a period of time, it would mean I'm not able to login to Netdata.

Description

I would like to be able to type in username and password, and then an additional token to login to NetData.
