Feature request: add precise controls for setting the width, height and position of racks and walls.

The current floorplan tool cannot be used to plan out whether the placement of a set of racks is feasible given obstacles such as columns or walls. It would be very useful to have rudimentary controls over the exact position of walls and racks.
