Permission not working for non admin user

I know there was a pull request for this problem with a fix and I have reinstalled the plugin but currently my non admin users still can't use the floorplan plugin.

Only an admin user can view, edit, delete,... a floorplan.

Have you assigned the Floorplan permissions to the non admin user?

However, I'm having somewhat similar issues in that a non admin user with Floorplan permissions cannot create a new Floorplan for a location. However the user can edit the floorplan if it's previously been created by an admin.

Imo it makes sense that floorplan permissions also allow creating a new floorplan.
