Cannot Send Transaction

Detail of the issue

Hi, Wallet is correctly displayed and Neuron 100% synchronised, Leger live and CKB are up to day but I can't success to interact with it via my Ledger Nano S Plus: Withdraw, Unstake, Transfer. Thanks for you help.
