This is a known issue that being handled by the ledger team and we are waiting for the response.

Here are 2 tricks that may help

Change USB slot, this trick worked for several users;
Send a transaction with small amount before sening the large one;

This error is still being processed and I will ping here once it's fixed.

Hi @Panthers14 The Ledger team is still working on it, they treat this high priority because RGB++ is under the spotlight in the BTC ecosystem.

No, they cannot handle this, and we take over the maintenance of ledger app this month. We are going through the code and fixing issues we've found during the code skimming. We will give priority to this issue when we are familiar with the codebase.
