CKB Architecture split into two pages

The current content of CKB Architecture page covers CKB data structures. This should be its own page and there should be another page dedicated to describing the components of the CKB network itself (its infrastructure).

Perhaps using something like tracing the lifecycle of a transaction to tie all the components together would be a good way to describe how these components all work together.

I think we should split it into CKB and Muta.

That can be the high level split, but there is still a difference between the CKB programming model's architecture and the CKB architecture
