In-Depth guide to CKB from dApp developer's perspective

This document will tie together many of the information that exists in separate documentation. It will go through the paradigms implicit in the design of CKB and programming patterns that the developer needs to understand.

It is more than just a conglomeration of pre-existing information: it structures the information - and expands upon it - in a way that makes sense from the perspective of a developer who wants to build applications on the CKB by giving them a context: a map of the moving parts that they should understand or concern themselves with.
