can not select the same file in ieBrowser

For example, in the official example given，

The first selection of the file is not uploaded and removed directly.

The second selection of the same file cannot be repeated in ie10. （在ie10浏览器上,上传文件，第一次选择后不上传直接删除第二次在选择同一个文件无法选中 或者第一次选择文件后直接上传，在选择同一个文件也无法选中）

不止IE，谷歌一直有这个问题，所以我刚刚才有反馈了，很奇怪，为什么不在源码那边选择文件的时候，自动把对应的input的value给清掉的，搞的我都想去改他的源码...一直不明白为什么会留着这么明显的一个问题？是出于什么目的这样子做的
