Error: failed to create a sparse model

I am trying to 3-d reconstruct the inside parts of an airduct. The airduct is coated with paint which illuminates when light falls on it. Here is a reference picture.

As you can see, this is not an object where a 360 degree view can be taken. I record a video for approximately 2 mins recording the insides of the duct, by placing the phone camera on the stick shown in the image.

This is the error i am getting, if someone has a good idea on how i can add more information to create a sparse model, it will be helpful!
