Add pijul support

Seems to work for first glance.

TODO:

• [x] add channel support (git brach)
• [ ] ~add tag support (git tag)~ pijul tag does not even work in itself for me, so I can not do this for zigmod.

Pijul is patch based, so git revision (commit) support does not make sense, it does not mean You use the same version.

Sorry for letting this sit for so long. If a test is added, happy to merge this (if the branch is rebased there's CI and a regression test suite now)
