Bug Report for top left corner while doing questions

Please describe the bug below and include any steps to reproduce the bug or screenshots if possible.

I am doing the blind75, and on the top left it says I am NeetCode 150. see photo below.

I went into the main menu > blind75 > selected Encode and Decode Strings> on the top left noticed the name of the path it said I was doing.
