Issue Description: WhatsApp Image Bot

This issue proposes adding a WhatsApp Image Bot to our repository. The bot, implemented in Python using Twilio, Flask, and PIL, generates and sends an image based on user input via WhatsApp.

Description:

The WhatsApp Image Bot receives user messages and generates an image with the provided text. It utilizes Twilio for message handling, Flask for the web server, and PIL for image generation and manipulation.

The WhatsApp Image Bot should generate and send images in response to user messages. It combines Twilio, Flask, and PIL to handle messages, serve as a web server, and create dynamic images.

As the GSSOC '23 contributor, I want to add this project and welcome any suggestions or improvements to enhance the functionality and performance of the bot.
