What needs documentation?

We need to give examples on how to create on-chain agents on different frameworks. Part of this task would be to figure out which ones are the most relevant frameworks to build AI agents today

Steps

• [ ] Research agentic frameworks
• [ ] Add a section on "concepts" about how - in general - agents can leverage NEAR Accounts
• [ ] Create examples for a couple of them
