Title: Requesting clarity on the Redis Setup Tip Description: It says "This is only needed if you intend to use whitelisting, allowances, and OAuth functionality."

I think I understand allowances, but under what cases would I need to use whitelisting or Oauth?

This would be easier to understand if we move the Redis Setup block to be grouped within the relevant Use Cases section that describe the features which require Redis.
