Add additional WSL disclaimers

In docs we advise Windows users to use WSL, but only in CLI & SDK articles. This should be mentioned in other prominent areas of our documentation and most notably the Quickstart section.

From a recent user study we found the following:

WSL is a blocker but the bigger disappointment arises from there not being any guidance in the docs for devs on windows to follow

One participant noted: "WSL is fine but it would be nice to know I need it before I start the process"
