Hi, I think this is a great project. I want make AIONER Integrate into Elasticsearch Machine Learning use Eland When I make PubmedBERT-CRF-AIONER.h5 up to elasticsearch will be error no config.json. Can you provide a model that includes config.json and tokenizer_config.json ，It's best to train with pytorch, allows IOB tokenization tagging for classification labels. Thank you.

Hi, we used the same config.json with the PubMedBERT model. I think you can find it in BiomedNLP-PubMedBERT-base-uncased-abstract folder.
