just download the owl file from here https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/chebi , then add this to the build script sbt -Djdk.xml.entityExpansionLimit=0 stitcher/"runMain ncats.stitcher.impl.OntEntityFactory STITCHER_DB hash.db $owl_path/chebi.owl.gz"
