Added a new resource link for Math Learning in Articles Section. I came across this article while looking for resources to learn about Math. In my opinion, this quote will strengthen the content of this article. I hope my contribution will be useful to other learners.

@yung78956 Sorry for answering only now. I probably missed this PR. Anyway, I quickly looked into that article and it doesn't seem to contain much relevant info about how to learn mathematics. For example, how one should tackle proofs or theorem. What's the right mindset to have for successfully learning math and being good at math?
