suite Module.PSAT() call for resultsExisting actually expects a percent instead of a fraction (95.8 vs .958). Changed so MEASUR sends as percent.
Reversing this now. We also changed EstimatedFLA in suite so will need to check that on desktop side
Bit of a circular issue going on here. Incorrectly estimated efficiency vals made power factor estimation wild. Estimed efficiency itself had lacking suite doc which made input formatting (and debugging)...
Need to recheck that all of this is right due to suite changes.
