[FEATURE] Continue download after Error Fetching Metadata

Is the feature request related to a problem. Please describe it.

Whenever streamrip returns NonStreamableError: Error fetching metadata. Message: "No result matching given argument" The script will abort. Not only will it abort but attempting to 'rip file' when there's a link with metadata issue, it will not proceed with the list. I think the error comes from Qobuz when a Track isn't available for download.

Describe the solution you would like.

Whenever a url cannot be downloaded due to Metadata error, skip and move onto the next url rather than abort the script.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I've tried using the rip url with multiple URLs. I've also tried using the rip file command with multiple URLS inside a text document. I get the same result.

You can just create a bat or sh file with a list commands (rip url)
