Output only as administrator in windows.

For Windows users In my case jar executed "saving assets (this may take a while)" step, only when i launched it through cmd as admin. In other case it just freezes on downloading assets.

Maybe it will be helpful for somone.

BTW. Great job, totally saved my soup:)
