Support Emoji delimited files

I wrote a module that converts CSVs into 🧔separates values.

Can you please add support for emojis? Otherwise I won’t be able to feed my family.

emoji support was added in release 1.3.5 and expanded in release 1.7.0. The library doesn't currently have a built in mechanism for importing "🧔SV" files or CSV files for that matter.
