Trimming the start position slows transcode

I trimmed the 10 minute video at the start 5 minutes and the end 5 minutes respectively.

In the case of the end 5 minutes, it ended in about 6 minutes, but in the case of the start 5 minutes, it ended in about 13 minutes.
