  • Fix ADD GENE ANNOTATIONS process break when no organism-specific annotation table is used
  • Improve log2fc VV DGE log entry
  • Add workflow version to software table
  • Update Assay Table fixes - add Protocol REF - DP col
  • Update Generated protocol to include tech reps line; fix ERCC norm lines; fix syntax in last sentence
  • VV bowtie2: If empty unmapped read files, flag as yellow not red
  • STAR alignment: add --genomeLoad LoadAndRemove flag
  • Reduce excessive resource allocations based on execution logs
  • Add slurm executor settings
