Fixes /atmospher/ issue
This fixes mods being dropped in /atmosphere/ instead of /atmosphere/contents/
I had intentionnally put "/atmosphere/" folder since some mods requires to be placed in exefs (60fps mods for example). If you which to do that, it would be better to just change the config files where the path is specified for each preset.
I see. So were supposed to include a contents folder in our mod subdirectories now :). That makes sense. Thank you.
