update_binaries.sh doesn't include bots enabled/disabled qwprogs.so

The update binaries script explicitly moves only qwprogs.so from the zip, so bots-enabled-qwprogs.so and bots-disabled-qwprogs.so are never saved, so can't enable bots easily as they're disabled by default in qwprogs.so.
