Is it possible to request candlestick data for the last x amount hours?

Not sure where else to ask this question, I hope this doesn't get removed. When I visit this url: https://bittrex.com/Api/v2.0/pub/market/GetTicks?marketName=BTC-1ST&tickInterval=hour&_=1519499711

I get way too much candlestick data, I would like only the last 12 hours. Anyone knows how to do this? I would've assumed that it's the epoch timestamp but unfortunately that isn't the case, no matter what I set as this timestamp I get the results all the way from 2017.
