Weird random draws appearing on blacks bars

Hello!

I've got a weird issue with all 4.x RIFE models.

I've got strange random draws on blacks bars. Here is an example. 2024-01-03 23_00_31-The Emperial-3x-RIFE-RIFE4 6-60fps mp4 - mpv

The video is 23.976 x3 and downgraded to 60fps.

Any ideas?

If you do it through VapourSynth, then the problem is there

Thx I didn't try without vapoursynth as I didn't want to extract all frames. Thx for the heads-up!
