Incorrect video FPS definition.

The program does not correctly determine the fps of the video file, instead of 23.967 it is set to 24.08. Is there any way to fix it? But it would be better to be able to manually set the desired frame rate.

If you just want to fix a video you already have, Handbrake looks like it should fix it.
