Keyboard shortcut for > 9 virtual desktops

Can we set keyboard shortcuts for more than 9 virtual desktops? I currently have 10 virtual desktops, and want to map Ctrl + Win + 0 to jump to virtual deskop #10. Also, I noticed that the icons only display from 1-9 and not for 0, 10 and beyond? Is this an intended limitation or a bug at my end?

I'll add a 10 for you. I'd make this dynamic but I don't see more than 10 being that useful.

And yes, icons stop at 9. I can squeeze a 10 in there I think.
