Running In Separate Libraries?

Hello, just started using this docker script today and love it so far. But can you not run this on multiple libraries on the same plex server?

I have it working for my Movies but not sure how to handle TV Shows. How would you set that up in the config file? Or do you need to run a completely separate script with different directories for the config?

Thanks, checking it out now and seeing two issues as I run for the first time. Ill post in the issues there
