[Feature] Import posters for individual movies as well as the collection
I have a feature request, if possible. Can this be updated to look for and update PLEX with poster images for the movies inside the collections as well as the poster for the collection itself?
That would be amazing.
Currently my process is go to TPDb, download a collection set, move the collection poster to a folder used by the Plex-Auto-Collections script and manually move the movie posters to corresponding folder (renaming poster.ext). It's a huge pain and very manual process.
I was using Media Companion for a bit, but it writes NFO files which Plex doesn't use (and ends up creating more issues).
Another thing this would likely solve -- When upgrading files, Radarr deletes any jpg, jpeg, png files from the folder, so custom posters are lost. Adding this functionality to the Plex-Auto-Collections script would make it easy to add them back.
