Move Mysterium balance

Ever since the introduction of auto withdrawal, is there any way to manually move myst between nodes/wallets if they are on the actual balance(rather than unsettled amounts)?

I used to be able to transfer myst using identities withdraw, but that seems to only work with unsettled balance, rather than on-node balance

to clarify, I want the balance on the "Channel Address" to be moved out. The Identity address actually doesnt seem to do anything(I extracted the private keys from it to check)
