Bandwidth limit settings gets removed after restart or update
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Bandwidth limit setting option gets very often removed. For the most part, from restarts and updates.
Every day or after every update/restart of the docker the setting is off again.
Describe alternatives you've considered Maintain previous Bandwidth limit settings from older/previous node version.
Additional context
I would much prefer a function in which I can only limit the upload :) Or upload and download separately
It can't be done, for a VPN connection both download and upload are needed.
Eg, if you have 1Gbps download and 50Mbps upload bandwidth, the end-user (consumer) can only utilize a maximum of 50Mbps.
If the option remains active I can live well with the range of functions in any case :)
