"Connection failed" on mystnodes but online on node UI. No new sessions since June 26th

Description: This is an ongoing issue and it is still unresolved. On the NodeUI it shows "Online" and Accepting "Most" connections. However, in the dashboard, this node shows as "Connection failed". There has been no data exchange since June 26.
