NodeUI - Possibility to control auto-withdrawal threshold
Tasks:
- [ ] Add a separate card in Settings to control Auto settlement threshold
- [ ] Node will have to be restarted in order for setting to take effect, so user needs to be informed about it
- [ ] Check with @mdomasevicius regarding already made card in Settings for this (currently not released yet)
