Install mecab-python3 meet fatal error

Installing melotts, it required mecab-python3 == 1.0.5. However, I cannot install the version of mecab-python3, which is very weird, even my Windows has a vs2022 build tool. does anyone meet the same issue? 屏幕截图 2024-06-30 174330 屏幕截图 2024-06-30 174348

On debian, you can see this issue : https://github.com/myshell-ai/MeloTTS/issues/126 To be seen for an adaptation of the solution on windows.
