[BUG] Corrupts Stow managed dotfiles .config folder!
Describe the bug
The latest ml4w update ml4w-hyprland-2.9.8.5-1 on arch corrupts the .config folder under dotfiles, managed by GNU Stow. Running ml4w-hyprland-setup, replaces all the contents of the folder with circular symbolic links resulting in entire Hyprland desktop environment failing to load!
Steps to reproduce
- On arch Linux (CachyOS) allow system update of ml4w
- if the system is configured to use GNU Stow management of dotfile folder, run ml4w-hyprland-setup
- Do select the backup option to save current ml4w config with own customization - updated custom.conf
- Continue through the guided menu allowing for restore of tracked config files on existing install
- Allow for the update of ml4w applications
- Complete the tool session
- Logout and attempt relogin
Expected behavior
Expected the desktop to refresh correctly instead of showing error banner.

This will not work. The dotfiles are not manged by stow but using on custom script to create the symlinks from the dotfiles folder into .config.
If this is manged in parallel by stow, you can expect these side effects
Can you detach the dotfiles folder from stow? Or uninstall stow if not needed?
