"Launch Stack" on AWS giving AccessDenied

I clicked the "Launch Stack" button and it points at the url https://podsync-cf.s3.amazonaws.com/cloud_formation.yml

This throws an error.

When you visit https://podsync-cf.s3.amazonaws.com/cloud_formation.yml in the browser I see "AccessDenied"

In the meantime, instead of using the Amazon S3 URL option, select Upload a template and use this file:

I've removed "Launch Stack" from the README. I'm not using cloud formation nor test against it, so it probably won't work. "Upload a template" should do the job though. I'm going to close this one.
